The Butchers Club Steakhouse had an unconventional start as a restaurant. Originally opening as The Butchers Club our original aim was to sell the best burgers in town.
When it became clear that there was going to be continued interest in the eating experience we’d curated, we found a permanent location, expanded our menu and become The Butchers Club Steakhouse. That was 9 years ago, and we’re still going strong today.
The Butchers Club Steakhouse Bali Story
Though we’ve come a long way from where we started (we’re up to 27 staffs now), our focus has become wider. To be The Best steak and burger in Bali. When you wrap your mouth around our burgers, you can expect to find new flavors, juicy of beef and savory side dishes to make your evening great.
Our aim is to be the best steak and burger in town. Because we only serves prime cut Australian Grain and Grass Fed Beef that has been dry-aged. Burger Patties are ground fresh daily never frozen. Patties are made without any fillers, binders or extra fat. Cuts of meat are used to gain juiciness in our burgers. The bun is a secret home-made bread recipe, that is bouncy but firm enough to hold the chunky piece of meat, and stay intact despite the abundant juice.
